  • Assist or serve as the deal captain to coordinate internal and external tax, accounting, and legal teams for transaction structures, particularly for tax‑incentivized financing and debt financings.
  • Facilitate the deal‑closing process, coordinating reviews and approvals to bring transactions to financial close within tight time frames.
  • Review and evaluate financial analysis and valuation models for contracts, tariffs, and financing options, ensuring accuracy and robustness.
  • Develop and maintain robust valuation methodologies at both project and portfolio levels.
  • Partner with accounting, tax, and other internal teams to implement hedging and risk‑management strategies for currency, rates, and commodity risks.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership to optimize financing structures and portfolio growth.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams (development, project execution, procurement, legal, tax, accounting, asset management) and external stakeholders to align transaction goals and mitigate risks.
  • Exercise informal mentorship of junior employees while serving as an individual contributor.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or related discipline.
  • 4–6 years of experience in a similar capital‑raising or financial operations role.
  • Proven collaboration with diverse internal teams and external consultants to deliver structured financing solutions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present concise information to senior management and third parties.
  • Ability to prepare and present financing marketing materials, including teasers, CIMs, and internal committee memos.
  • Experience in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment, handling high‑pressure, time‑sensitive deadlines.
