Position
Naval Standard Missile Systems (NSMS) has an immediate need for an SM‑6 Capacity Expansion Manager supporting the SM‑6 program management team. The successful candidate will work onsite in Tucson, AZ and must be a U.S. citizen with an active, transferable DoD Secret clearance. The role manages two direct reports and provides exposure to multiple facets of the NSMS organization.

What You Will Do- Accountable for financial oversight of IPC programs, including contracts spanning cost‑type efforts and BCA CapEX.
- Provide proactive leadership and significant interaction with Program Managers, Contracts, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment regarding strategic, operating, and financial objectives.
- Ensure compliance with required Estimates at Complete (EACs) and contractual earned value.
- Raise team performance levels and provide organizations with timely and thorough quantitative analysis to support business, program, and project decision‑making.
- University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and a minimum 5years of experience.
- 8years of related experience leading high‑performing teams, financial planning, program business analysis, and/or accounting.
- Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management), Program Controls and Estimates at Complete (EACs).
- Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
- Demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines.
- Experience interfacing with senior‑level management and customers, including formal presentations.
- Proactive and creative problem‑solving skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset and high attention to detail and accuracy.
