Position Overview
Location:
Tucson, AZ (Onsite) – role is in BLDG M02, 1151 E Hermans Rd. This position is classified as Onsite and requires a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
- Responsible for executing all monthly/quarterly contract deliverable items.
- Manage Inter‑Organizational Transfers with partner business units ensuring proper funding levels and scope are clearly identified.
- Play an integral role in generating monthly financial forecasts for the portfolio in Rplan.
- Act as a trusted partner with program leadership to provide financial analysis and guidance to ensure compliant cost collection.
- Take the lead in all facets of program controls reporting and executive‑level briefing.
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience interpreting and/or analyzing large financial data sets.
- Experience in organizing, preparing and/or presenting briefings to management and peers.
- Proficient computer/Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills when interfacing with all levels of the company.
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organizational environment.
- Ability to build relationships with various functional disciplines and influence beyond authority level.
- Understanding of SAP and Business Warehouse.
- Strong desire to learn new concepts, tools, and management processes.
- Good candidate for future growth and development of skills with SAP APEX, PRISM and related systems.
Salary range: 86,800 USD – 165,200 USD.
