Whatyou'll do:
- Develop comprehensive financial plans across seven planning areas: protection, savings, tax strategy, retirement income, debt management, estate planning, and education funding.
- Serve Southern Arizona's diverse client base – Tucson's university, tech, healthcare, and defense economy;
Pima County's retiree market in Oro Valley, Green Valley, & Sahuarita;
Lake Havasu's seasonal‑resident and small‑business market; regional border markets around Nogales and Rio Rico. - Build a personal book of business – owned by you from day one with no binding non‑solicitation.
- Participate in the New Associate Program's weekly coaching sessions and structured daily activity framework.
Wealth Bridge's New Associate Program follows a structured daily activity framework: consistent prospecting, client meetings, applications, and follow‑ups, with weekly accountability through the program team. Activity volume is paired with quality measures – persistency, client retention, and suitability review – so that quantity without quality does not advance producers through the compensation structure. Specific production expectations are reviewed during Discovery and formalized at contracting.
