Finance Program Controls Analyst (P2)

Position located in Tucson, AZ. Full‑time onsite. U.S. citizenship is required for the security clearance.

• Serve as a key member of the program finance team responsible for detailed cost and schedule analysis.
• Support Earned Value Management (EVM) activities including cost/schedule integration, variance analysis, and preparation of monthly EV deliverables.
• Help define and understand monthly variances against budget and the program’s estimates at completion (EAC) and latest revised estimate (LRE) positions.
• Perform quarterly estimates at completion (EAC) and monthly latest revised estimates (LRE) using key EVM metrics and program actuals.
• Complete monthly cost data review list (CDRL) financial submissions with rapid turnaround to meet customer deadlines.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial data analysis supporting major program milestones and subsystem development progress.
• Update financial reports, tracking tools, and presentations for program leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
• Process approved budget change requests (BCRs) and ensure all changes are accurately incorporated into program control systems.
• Support FP&A monthly cadence and broader finance operations as needed.
• Signing bonus may be available, subject to eligibility.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with data analysis, financial reporting, and/or process improvement.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship.
