Position: Business Banking Treasury Management Advisor - Relationship Manager I

As a Treasury Management Advisor within PNC’s Business Banking organization, you will be based in our Arizona Market.

Responsibilities
  • Manage relationship‑management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share.
  • Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
  • Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non‑credit products and services while managing risk/return.
  • Identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
  • Provide client insights and ideas to increase engagement and loyalty.
  • Build and leverage internal and external relationships to acquire and expand clients and enhance the client experience.
  • Present the full range of PNC products and services and leverage reporting and sales tools to convert opportunities.
  • Demonstrate ability to analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk using credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.
Qualifications
  • Required: University/college degree (or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience). 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience. Knowledge of credit processes, credit products, financial analysis, and decision making.
  • Preferred: Experience in book of business or client relationship building. Strong knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies. Effective communication, prospecting, selling, and tech‑savvy.
