Factory Operations - Financial Analyst - P2 Onsite

Position

Financial Analyst – Manufacturing Finance Organization.

Location:

Tucson, AZ. Role:
Onsite. U.S. Citizenship required. Security clearance:

• Support Effectors Factories with weekly/monthly/quarterly KPI deliverables including Touch and Support manpower, HPU performance, Overhead budget expenditures, and more.
• Construct and execute change management protocols to generate value for Factory Operations Leadership Team through critical analysis.
• Transfer knowledge, resolve conflicts and relay critical information across multi‑functional stakeholder environments.
• Prioritize resources in a dynamic, geographically dispersed, deadline‑driven environment.
• Execute all relevant financial analysis and reporting tasks.

• University Degree or equivalent experience; minimum 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree.
• Experience in financial analysis or related financial fields.
• Experience with SAP / PRISM / BW (AO Queries).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills.

• Practical knowledge in leading and managing execution of processes, projects, and tactics within one work area.
• Broad knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of impact on other organizational areas.
