ICP Finance Manager; M4 *HYBRID

Finance Lead (M4) – Hybrid role located in Tucson, AZ;
Huntsville, AL or Andover, MA.

• Manage Forecasts, Long‑Range Planning (LRP), and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the ICP Portfolio.
• Establish and maintain overall baseline compliant with program instruction, internal EVM policy, and 10255.
• Support and drive monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) cadence—including BCRs, LREs, and VARs.
• Utilize and share knowledge of RTN EVM system process and 10255 policy within the program team.
• Coordinate development of quarterly Estimates at Completion (EAC).
• Provide thorough cost and profitability analysis.
• Prepare and present financial information in Program Management Reviews, monthly operating reviews, and other reporting activities.
• Provide contract funding analysis, and train and develop the finance team.

• Minimum 8 years of finance‑related experience with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field—or advanced degree with at least 5 years of experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Program Controls (Cost/Schedule), and/or Estimate at Completion (EAC) processes.
• Experience with SAP APEX, Rplan, and/or EDIT+.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work independently and prioritize multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Raytheon financial and accounting policies and procedures is preferred.

Salary range: $107,500 – $204,500 USD, commensurate with experience.
