Principal Cost Controls Analyst (P3) – Shipboard Missiles SSBU

Tucson, AZ – Hybrid (combination of onsite at the external site and remote)

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Active U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience with SAP Business Systems (APEX, PRISM, BW) or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to prepare and present financial information to management.
• Experience preparing Estimate at Completion (EAC) and working with Latest Revised Estimates (LRE).

• Prepare weekly and monthly program reports.
• Provide timely ad‑hoc analysis and support reporting for evolving organizational needs.
• Collaborate with Program Office, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Leadership Team to support financial reviews.
• Support quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) and analyze vs Latest Revised Estimates (LRE).
• Act as a trusted partner with program leadership to provide financial analysis and guidance for compliant cost collection.
• Track variances, forecast using SAP (APEX/PRISM/BW), and interface with Program Management and Cost Account Managers.
