The Advanced Effectors (AE) Product Area, within the Advanced (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). Business Unit, seeks an onsite Program Controls Analyst (P3) to support a large key strategic development program.
Responsibilities- Drive Contractual Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) implementation and maintenance, variance analysis, and quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) / monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) development.
- Prepare EVMS CDRL documentation (IPMR/IPMDAR, CFSR, CSDR) and perform data analysis and reporting.
- Establish and maintain baselines.
- Analyze and review monthly forecasting with program leadership and various functions.
- Support monthly financial planning forecast/close process (Rplan), Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Long‑Range Plan (LRP).
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field & 5 years related experience, or advanced degree & 3 years related experience.
Experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas), Word, PowerPoint, ERP Systems (such as SAP Business Systems PRISM, SAP, AO reporting), and accounting principles/practices.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with Earned Value Management and/or Estimate at Completion.
- Experience with For Project and PowerBI.
- Ability to meet critical deadlines and develop process improvements.
- Strong analytical, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Team player.
Estimated salary range: $82,000 - $164,000 USD.
