The Air Dominance Business Office within the Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) is seeking an experienced financial Earned Value (EV) Analyst to lead financial execution and earned value management for the AMRAAM D4/C9 Engineering & Manufacturing Development (EMD) Contract, a 52‑month effort supporting modernization and redesign of critical AMRAAM subsystems. This contract requires Contractual EV Management and will be implemented using the SAP APEX EVMS/PMX tool suite.
The Finance EV lead will serve as a critical business partner by providing the analysis, insight and guidance to enable strategic decision making and achieve bottom-line results.
- Lead and coordinate a cross‑functional team regarding contractual EVMS submissions, develop, present and defend monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LRE), baseline and incorporate regular scope expansion tasking.
- Support related financial forecasting for the portfolio.
- Analyze EV metrics including weekly/monthly costs incurred and provide associated leading indicator guidance to Program and Business management, external stakeholders and the customer community.
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the business (Functional Organizations, SBU’s, Program Management, and Government counterparts) to foster relationships that improve execution implementation.
- Partner successfully and drive influence with program IPL and strategic partners regarding all aspects of program execution and strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Experience in EVMS, Program Controls, or integrated cost/schedule management.
- Experience with MS Office suite.
- Experience supporting DoD development/production programs.
- Experience with financial forecasting and risk & opportunity management.
- Experience with SAP including PRISM MRP.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and professional skills.
- Proven analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure with both internal and external customers.
- Ability to perform work without appreciable direction.
- Ability to influence without authority.
- Experience leading and mentoring peers and junior analysts.
- Direct communication with Government customers.
Salary range: $86,800 - $165,200 USD. Specific benefits depend on the business unit and whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement.
