Job Overview
The JSOW & NSM Finance Team within the NAM Finance organization is seeking an experienced Finance Lead based in Tucson, AZ supporting and leading both the JSOW and NSM MESIS program areas. The position requires a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the financial planning activities across the program including FP&A Rplan updates/analysis and communication back to the program on how performance impacts BSEC.
- Collaborate with Program Directors & Managers to manage the JSOW and NSM MESIS business portfolio.
- Lead and develop a team of finance analysts.
- Support proposal development and program start up activities.
- Support the development of the long range and annual operating plans.
- Manage the financial portfolio with one direct report, reviewing FP&A forecasts, manpower reporting, development of the annual operating plan & long‑range plan, EACs, SRO risk & opportunities analysis, funding analysis, customer deliverables, negotiations, and program gate support.
- Ensure accurate measurement, control, and understanding of reported costs and schedules.
- Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or related field or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years finance or accounting experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) experience.
- Experience supporting proposal development and program start up activities.
- Experience supporting the development of the long range and annual operating plans.
- Experience developing Estimate at Completes.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance.
- Master's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
- Excellent critical‑thinking and forecasting skills.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD.
