Head Of Coe Risk, Ics & Insurance (M/F/D)

For our Zeppelin Finance Organization at our location in Garching near Munich, we are currently looking for a "Head of CoE Risk, ICS & Insurance (m/f/d)."

Your tasks & responsibilities:

• In your role as "Head of CoE Risk, ICS & Insurance (m/f/d)," you will be responsible for the group-wide management and further development of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), the Internal Control System (ICS), and Insurance Management.
• You will report to our Director Accounting, Controlling, Risk, ICS & Insurance and thus ensure an effective governance structure for identifying, assessing, managing (mitigating), and monitoring material risks.
• Furthermore, you will also be responsible for conducting Group-wide risk and opportunity analyses and scenario assessments, as well as for reporting the risk situation to Group Management and the Head of Accounting, Controlling, Risk, ICS, and Insurance.
• In addition, you will also be responsible for further rollout and optimization the Group-wide ICS, thereby ensuring that key business processes and controls are properly documented and active.
• Your responsibility will also include conducting ICS risk analyses and control assessments, as well as coordinating annual control tests and effectiveness reviews.
• You will also manage the Global Insurance Strategy with our external insurance partner and ensure an economically optimal risk transfer approach.
• Collaborating with Group companies, Internal Audit, and external auditors round out your job profile.

What we are looking for:

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Management experience in an international corporation
• Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Law, Business Information Systems, or a comparable field.
• Additional professional qualifications such as CIA, CRMA, or CERA are considered an advantage.
• Substantial experience in at least two of the following areas:
• Enterprise Risk Management
• Internal Control System (ICS/IKS)
• Internal Audit
• Corporate Insurance
• Experience with complex corporate structures involving numerous international subsidiaries
• Strong knowledge of international governance, risk, and control standards
• Experience in establishing and further developing control frameworks
• Knowledge of international insurance programs and captive solutions is a plus
• A leader with strong execution skills
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• High integrity and a strong awareness of risk
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
