Position: OSC Finance Lead - LRPF & MS - M3 - (Hybrid)

Job Overview

Operations and Supply Chain Finance (OSCF) Lead for Long Range Precision Fires and Maneuver Systems portfolios, within the Sub Strategic Business Unit Precision Fires & Maneuvers. The role is a hybrid U.S.

-based position requiring U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with OSC SBU Leads, PMO Finance Leads, Material Program Managers (MPMs), Program Operations Managers (POMs), and Program Management (PM) teams.
  • Lead a team of OSC Finance professionals focused on operational, financial, and program performance metrics.
  • Develop quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs) and drive detailed analytics, variance analysis, and risk & opportunity assessment.
  • Support Operations Labor forecast, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Long Range Plan (LRP) and align assumptions across Program Office, FP&A Finance, OSC Function, and Factory.
  • Provide analysis to support OSC Monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly reviews (PER/M /SOP/SEO).
Qualifications
  • University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs).
  • Experience with program cost and schedule management.
  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management principles and processes.
  • Experience using SAP, Business Warehouse, or similar systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Masters degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field preferred.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple program issues.
  • Strong communication, analytical, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence teams and meet critical deadlines.
