Our client is seeking a Finance Integration Manager to serve as a high-impact strategic advisor and integrator across the US Business Unit. This role bridges strategic intent and operational execution by optimizing business processes, driving cost-value realization, and supporting critical financial governance for the company’s growth portfolio.
This is an individual contributor role that leads through influence, partnering closely with business leaders to enhance decision-making, investment evaluation, and asset integration in a fast-paced mining environment.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior role.
Proven expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Proficiency in SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
Strong knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP, financial statement analysis, and internal controls.
Exceptional analytical skills with an inquisitive, problem-solving mindset.
Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to both financial and non-financial audiences.
Significant experience in mining, metals, or heavy industrial sectors.
