Engineering Finance SETC Analyst - SRS

Location: US-MA-TEWKSBURY-TB3 ~ 50 Apple Hill Dr ~ CONCORD BLDG, Tewksbury Tb3 300 Concord

Position Role Type: Hybrid

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for Surface Radars and Sensors Center
• Deliver insightful financial analysis and variance reports to Surface Radar and Sensors Center Lead to aid in strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with Center Lead, Department Lead, and Section Leads to align financial goals with business objectives
• Monitor OH Spending and provide recommendations to improve financial performance
• Ensure compliance with RTX financial policies, procedures, and reporting standards
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, including preparation of presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders
• Drive process improvements and leverage digital tools to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial processes
• Prepare labor transfers and IOTs as required

• Compliance and Governance:
  Gain a strong understanding of financial policies, internal controls, and compliance with regulatory standards
• Leadership and Influence:
  Enhance your leadership skills by driving cross-functional initiatives, mentoring junior analysts, and influencing key stakeholders

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools

• Experience in the aerospace and defense industry or a large multinational corporation
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence outcomes
• Strong knowledge of SAP
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
