You plan, manage, and oversee internal audits across our international operations in Europe and Asia. You conduct risk assessments as part of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program and support the development of the audit strategy. You prepare reports and presentations for executive management and the Board of Directors. You analyze financial, IT, and operational processes and evaluate their effectiveness and internal control systems.

You advise management on risk mitigation and process optimization. You take responsibility for parts of our Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance program (including IT and process controls). You identify improvement opportunities and ensure sustainable implementation of corrective actions. You lead national and international audit projects and coordinate internal teams as well as external partners. You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Finance, IT, HR, Operations, Procurement, and Logistics.

Hold a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a comparable field. Have at least 8 years of professional experience in internal audit. Have at least 8 years of experience in SOX compliance in an international environment. Possess strong knowledge of audit standards, COSO framework, and risk management practices. Have experience auditing and optimizing international business processes. Demonstrate strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset.

Have excellent communication and presentation skills. Are fluent in English and German. Ideally bring SAP knowledge and experience in industrial, chemical, or manufacturing environments. Are willing to travel internationally (approx. 30%).
