Overview

You have a passion for taking care of customers and employees, making them feel welcomed and valued. This role supports Chase's Customer Promise by providing education and advice tailored to financial needs.

• Serve as the main point of contact for a select group of Chase's affluent clients as well as other customers in the branch.
• Manage clients' banking relationships across the company with a proactive approach to grow balances.
• Aid in acquiring new clients by soliciting referrals and developing internal and external sources.
• Share the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients and connect them to specialists for specialized needs.
• Help clients access self‑service options for 24/7 account accessibility and convenience.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.

• Proven track record using a value‑added, relationship‑based approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year of Branch Banking experience or equivalent in financial services, with success in new client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Compliance with regulatory requirements including Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act standards; appropriate licensing or successful completion within the required timeframe.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

• Excellent communication skills.
• College degree or military equivalent.
• Experience cultivating relationships with affluent clients.
• Strong team orientation and commitment to a long-term career with the firm.

This position requires compliance with regulatory qualification requirements for Loan Originators.
