Overview
You have a passion for taking care of customers and employees, making them feel welcomed and valued. This role supports Chase's Customer Promise by providing education and advice tailored to financial needs.
Responsibilities- Serve as the main point of contact for a select group of Chase's affluent clients as well as other customers in the branch.
- Manage clients' banking relationships across the company with a proactive approach to grow balances.
- Aid in acquiring new clients by soliciting referrals and developing internal and external sources.
- Share the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients and connect them to specialists for specialized needs.
- Help clients access self‑service options for 24/7 account accessibility and convenience.
- Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
- Proven track record using a value‑added, relationship‑based approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
- 1+ year of Branch Banking experience or equivalent in financial services, with success in new client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Compliance with regulatory requirements including Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act standards; appropriate licensing or successful completion within the required timeframe.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
- Excellent communication skills.
- College degree or military equivalent.
- Experience cultivating relationships with affluent clients.
- Strong team orientation and commitment to a long-term career with the firm.
This position requires compliance with regulatory qualification requirements for Loan Originators. Any employment offer is contingent on review of criminal history, credit report, and information available through licensing systems. Felony convictions within the last seven years may disqualify a candidate. Employment is contingent upon compliance with applicable laws and licensing requirements. Upon active employment, you may be required to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) and to maintain ongoing renewal and updates.
