Accountable for financial oversight of the Loitering Munitions and Launched Effect portfolio and Strategic Capture Directorate, with contracts spanning Production, development and capture.

Requires proactive leadership and significant interaction with the Program Managers, Contracts, Requirements & Capabilities, Supply Chain, and others, to ensure alignment regarding strategic, operating, and financial objectives.

Ensure compliance with required Estimates at Complete (EACs), provide recommendations to ensure FP&A commitments are met/exceeded (monthly forecasts / Long Range Plan / Annual Operating Plan), overhead oversight, and new business investment.

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field & 12 years prior relevant experience; OR an Advanced degree and 10 years prior relevant experience
• Experience in a leadership role
• Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management) and Estimates at Complete (EACs)
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements

• Demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines
• Experience interfacing with senior level management and customers, including formal presentations
• Proactive and demonstrated ability to creatively problem solve
• Continuous improvement mindset and high attention to detail and accuracy

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
