RTX is seeking a Finance Lead (M4) to manage the ICP portfolio with CP contracts, overseeing earned value, EAC, and financial performance. You will partner with Program Area Directors, PMs, and customer finance teams to align strategy and objectives, and drive cost control and profitability reporting.
The role is hybrid (onsite & remote) with locations Tucson, AZ, Huntsville, AL or Andover, MA. Relocation is not provided, and you will lead a finance team and deliver regular program reviews.
