Business Analyst Senior or Lead

• Provide financial analysis and business services by assisting operating personnel in the preparation of objective analysis of the Budget and performance reports, including business plans.
• Be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of all budgets.
• Develop the long‑term planning process, manage the process within individual business units and present the Budget for the organization to management.
• Manage the re‑projection process for project owners and prepare budget variance analysis and re‑projections to update the financial forecast.
• Develop, maintain and distribute reports and performance indicators that combine financial and non‑financial information for stations and owners.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of experience in a Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting position.
• Demonstrated thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) guidelines.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead, prioritize and meet deadlines for complex projects, with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent presentation skills.
