Role Overview

We have an immediate need for a Program Cost Controls Analyst on a strategic Withheld Program. This major program requires high‑level engagement with the customer, Raytheon, and RTX leadership. The analyst will support Contract Data Requirements list (CDRLs) including IPMDAR, CFSR and provide analysis to assist leadership in making sound decisions for the financial execution of the programs being supported.

What You Will Do
  • Process Baseline Change Requests (BCRs).
  • Execute program and financial control actions, including supporting Estimates‑at‑Complete (EACs) and External Reporting (IPMDAR).
  • Utilize a comprehensive suite of program controls tools (Business Warehouse (BW), Analysis for Office (A/O), for Project, SAP/APEX, PMX Tool Suite) to provide targeted EVMS analysis.
  • Collaborate with key functional leaders in the Program Office, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Leadership Team to support financial reviews.
  • Provide timely support for ad‑hoc data reporting.
  • Support CAMs in development of variance analysis.
  • Support quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) and analyze versus Latest Revised Estimates (LRE).
  • Prepare weekly and monthly program reports.
  • Provide support for internal/external program reviews.
  • Partner with PM and Planning for EV implementation.
  • Ad‑hoc support and analysis.
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field and 5 years finance work experience; or an advanced degree and 3 years finance work experience.
  • Experience in EVMS, Program Controls, and/or Cost/Schedule Integration.
  • Experience with SAP, for Project, RTX Tool Suite or similar tools.
  • Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued Top‑Secret clearance prior to start date. U.S. citizenship required.

  • Experience in external reporting (Contract Performance Report, Integrated Program Management Report, IPMDAR).
  • Raytheon EVMS Certification or industry equivalent.

Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, employee assistance program, scholarship program, paid time off and holidays. Incentive compensation programs may apply based on level.
