GENERAL
SUMMARY:
As a Relationship Banker II, you'll be a trusted financial partner and high-performing sales professional responsible for growing member relationships and driving branch success. Through proactive outreach and consultative conversations, you'll uncover financial needs, identify opportunities, and connect members with products and services that help them save more, borrow smarter, and reach their financial goals. In this role, you'll manage more complex account types, serve as a certified Financial Coach, and deliver personalized financial guidance that strengthens member relationships and deepens engagement.
You'll perform all the responsibilities of a Relationship Banker I while leveraging your expertise to provide tailored recommendations, increase product and service adoption, and contribute to branch growth. We're looking for kind, committed, and proactive professionals who are passionate about building relationships, achieving sales results, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of our members.
This role is eligible for a language stipend of $200/monthly after 90 days of employment.
Salary range is $19.21 - $25.22/hr job Grade, NE 9. Final salary is dependent on a candidate's experience and qualifications.
QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Three (3) years of customer service, sales, and/or retail banking experience
- To include (one) 1 year of sales experience

This job requires the employee to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Infrequent lifting up to 25 lbs.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:Must comply with all aspects of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA). Must be able to obtain license through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS). May be required to obtain notary public certification.
