Responsibilities

• Assist customers with short-term credit solutions, installment loans, and check cashing services
• Process applications, verify identification and documentation, and set up customer accounts
• Handle cash transactions, payment processing, and daily balancing procedures
• Explain product terms, fees, and repayment schedules clearly to customers
• Ensure adherence to company policies, state and federal regulations, and compliance standards
• Use point-of-sale and branch management systems to document interactions and transactions
• Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues when needed
• Contribute to branch performance goals through quality service and cross-selling appropriate products
