Raytheon is seeking a Finance Manager for our Specter business portfolio of programs within the Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) SBU. This leader will join our dynamic Strike Initiatives (SI) finance team as a lead for an exciting program area that is transitioning to production. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing requirements.

In this role, you will serve as the deputy to the Business Manager which requires proactive leadership. You will have significant interaction with Program Directors/Managers, Functional leads and customer counterparts to ensure the program is being executed within the agreed parameters without compromising Raytheon’s policies and procedures. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong technical knowledge of finance and program controls, strong problem-solving abilities and good communication skills.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing the financial customer deliverables (CDRLs), variance analysis, presenting at business level reviews, Earned Value Management and compliance, and Estimates at Completion (EACs). The candidate should be comfortable producing individual work product, analysis and in use of system tools; but be able to lead group by setting expectations and lead that team on multiple work-products and deliverables concurrently.

You will be expected to take ownership over the tactical day-to-day financial products and prioritization, and be dedicated to continued process improvements and the building of efficiencies into finance-based aspects of the program area.

Financial point of contact for Program Management and be able to provide financial guidance to IPT leads and non-finance organizations including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations. Develop, train, and lead program controls teams. Implement and supervise contractually required EVMS (Earned Value Management) reporting. Support the EAC process by driving functional meetings and collaborating with functional counterparts to EAC inputs are analyzed and provided on schedule.
