Investor Services Representative

CV Resources is partnering with long-standing investment management firm to find an Investor Services Representative to join their Investor Services team. This role supports shareholders and broker-dealers by providing information on investment products, mutual funds, retirement accounts, and account servicing. The position offers an excellent entry point into the financial services industry and includes sponsorship for securities licensing.

• Respond to shareholder and broker-dealer inquiries
• Provide information regarding mutual funds, retirement plans, and investment products
• Research and resolve account-related issues
• Assist clients with tax and account servicing questions
  
  Support operational and administrative functions within Investor Services
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
• Deliver a high level of customer service while building long-term client relationships

• Strong interest in the financial services industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Must pass the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam
• Company sponsorship provided for Series 6 and Series 63 licenses
