Syndicated, Agented Fulfillment Consultant

• Resolve day-to-day complex problems
• Research and execute complex transactions for multiple sites or larger business units
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex products, systems, processes, and services
• Drive continuous improvement using project management methodologies
• Manage projects and direct team activities for special initiatives
• Advise as a technical expert by providing work direction, guidance, and training
• Build relationships with business partners across various Lines of Business
• Define responsibilities and accountabilities for key programs and projects

• 2+ years of quality assurance, quality control operations, or related experience
• Experience in a lead support role or point of contact
• Knowledge of commercial lending or commercial terminology
• Proficient knowledge with LIQ (LoanIQ)
• Syndicated loan experience
• Legal, finance, accounting, or mathematical background
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent loan administration experience
• 40 hours per week
• Ability to work 1st shift in the United States of America

Demonstrates expertise in managing complex projects and transactions within commercial lending, leveraging strong problem-solving skills and a solid foundation in finance and legal principles. Capable of leading teams, driving continuous improvement, and building effective relationships with business partners.
