Raytheon is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Logistics (Delivery Administrator) to support Material Delivery Services. The role includes preparing and processing APEX/Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) delivery requests and ensuring accurate and timely deliveries of commercial and government materials/services.
Responsibilities- Prioritize delivery requests to meet customer need and contract due date.
- Utilize APEX, PRISM, MOCAS, and WAWF to manage delivery processes.
- Execute DD250 using RMD/Govt Contracts and coordinate with Shipping Inspection, DCMA, GFP, and Traffic to complete DD250s.
- Understand requirements in DFARS Appendix F and participate in program meetings regarding DD250 execution.
- Communicate directly with internal and external customers.
- University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience with MS Office, SAP or equivalent systems.
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- U.S. citizenship and an active, transferable security clearance.
- 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
- Experience with SAP, contracts, and WAWF.
Salary range: $68,900 – $131,100 USD. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Relocation assistance is not provided.
Security Clearance Information- This position requires a secret-level security clearance.
- The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) handles the adjudication process.
