Responsibilities

  • Partner with Program Management and Functional Leads to successfully execute contractual Earned Value programs.
  • Support weapon system integration, software development, platform integration, infrastructure maintenance, and flight test support.
  • Provide financial oversight and guidance for program missions, utilizing cost and schedule management, forecasting, and communication skills.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align functional and programmatic objectives.
  • Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) to develop and deliver reports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
  • U.S. citizenship required (required for security clearance).
  • Experience handling large data sets and interpreting financial data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines through prioritization of concurrent requirements.
  • Initiative to identify process improvements and drive efficiency.
  • Independent self‑starter able to work effectively in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment.
  • Experience with financial planning and key metrics (Bookings, Sales, Earnings & Cash).
  • Experience with EVMS implementation and cost/schedule reporting.
  • Experience with Program Management (PMX) Tool Suite.
  • Proactive, creative problem‑solving skills.
