The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor's primary focus is creating a memorable shopping experience. Whether assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, you'll guide customers on their beauty journey. Sally Beauty provides comprehensive training to build your knowledge and skills. Bring your passion and personality—we'll handle the rest!

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder, with or without accommodation.

• Working around moving parts, carts, or machines, with occasional exposure to irritant chemicals.
