Medical Aesthetician

Position Summary

The Medical Aesthetician performs high-quality aesthetic services, including but not limited to facials, dermaplaning, medical-grade chemical peels, and non-ablative laser skin treatments. The ideal candidate must possess a strong marketing background and a proven sales record. Exemplary consultation skills are required, with a strong client-focused approach. Experience in a medical setting, preferably dermatology or plastic surgery, is a plus.

• Conduct Consultations:
  Assess clients' needs and goals, providing expert advice on company treatments and potential outcomes.

  Administer treatments according to established protocols, ensuring client safety, satisfaction, and adherence to industry standards.

  Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care, expectations, and potential side effects to ensure a positive overall experience.
• Maintain Equipment:
  Ensure proper functioning of company equipment, perform routine maintenance, and coordinate with relevant parties for necessary repairs.

  Accurately document patient information, treatment details, and follow-up notes in electronic records.
• Adherence to Regulations:
  Follow all relevant health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Stay Current:
  Keep up to date with the latest trends and advancements in aesthetics and skincare.

• Experience:
  
  Proven experience as a Cosmetic Technician or in similar procedures. Laser license required.
