Requirements:

• Certification as an Arizona Certified Caregiver at all three levels of Assisted Living is required.
• Applicants must show a current AZ fingerprint clearance card and current First Aid/CPR certification.
• Applicants are subject to pre-employment drug testing and background checks.
• A negative TB test is required.
