Experience

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Requirements

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details

No travel pairs or trios.

No scheduling requests (weekends only, block scheduling, etc)

No background hits.

Clinicians cannot be local (have a permanent address in the state of AZ).

Shift: 0700/0800 start;
Monday - Friday

Call nights 1-2 times per week and weekends 2-3 times per month depending on staffing

May float to South Campus based on staffing

Position is Radiology Tech (Rad Tech) within the Medical Imaging Interventional Radiology space.

2 Years Minimum IR Experience Required

Facility is large Level I Trauma; experience should be commensurate.

Nursys required.

Completion Bonuses

• $10000.0 available for 13 week contracts starting before or on . This amount is subject to applicable fees and with holdings.

7 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 7 days

2 references from last 2 years (Any reference type) - required for submission
