** All Inpatient and Crisis-Unit RNs are eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus*

** crisis, inpatient, and/or residential behavioral health

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Provide patient-centered nursing care in  
** inpatient or crisis behavioral health settings*
* + Deliver detox services and assist patients through crisis stabilization

+ Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop individualized care plans

+ Coordinate discharge planning and connect patients to community-based resources

+ Maintain a safe, therapeutic, and trauma-informed environment

+ Accurately document assessments, interventions, and care in the EMR

+ Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary clinical teams

** Requirements*
* + Active  
** Arizona RN license
** or compact state license (required)

+  
** BLS certification**  (required)

+ Crisis and/or inpatient behavioral health experience

+ Ability to work one of the fixed 12-hour schedules listed above

+ Strong interpersonal, communication, and de-escalation skills

+ Open to experienced behavioral health RNs  
** and motivated new graduates
** with a passion for behavioral health
