* ** Job Description** - Embrace an exciting opportunity to impact the lives of patients of all ages while ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient distribution of pharmaceutical agents.

- Collaborate with Physicians on drug therapies and dosing to enhance patient care.

- Educate nursing staff, patients, and physicians about medications and medication safety initiatives.

- Manage patient profiles, report adverse drug reactions, and ensure medication safety.

- Prepare IV admixtures and nutritional supplements with precision and care.

- Oversee narcotic accountability and adherence to all state/federal laws, DEA regulations, TJC Standards, and hospital policies.

* - Shift: 7 Nights On / 7 Nights Off

8:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Work Schedule:

Wednesday - Tuesday - No On Call Duties - No 48 Hour Guarantee - No Blocked Scheduling
** Requirements** - Current ACLS & BLS certification - Valid AZ Pharmacist License - Inpatient acute hospital experience (required) - Minimum 2 years of experience - Board Certified and/or accredited pharmacy residency (preferred, not required)
