* Job Description:
** - Join our dynamic healthcare team and make a difference as a Pharmacist! - Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient distribution of pharmaceutical agents to patients of all ages and designated areas of the hospital.
- Collaborate closely with Physicians to optimize drug use and dosing strategies.
- Educate nursing staff, patients, and Physicians on medications to enhance understanding and compliance.
- Lead Medication Safety initiatives to promote optimal patient care.
- Review and manage patient profiles while effectively avoiding and reporting adverse drug reactions.
- Expertly mix IV admixtures and nutritional supplements.
- Maintain narcotic accountability and compliance with all state/federal and DEA laws.
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your acute hospital experience.
- Contribute to a clean, smoke-free healthcare work environment with advanced technology and tools.
- Be prepared for occasional irregular hours and manage multiple priorities effectively.

* Required Qualifications:
** - Possess a valid AZ Pharmacist License.
- Hold current ACLS & BLS certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent hospital pharmacist staffing experience.
- Experience in sterile compounding is essential.
- Board Certified and/or accredited pharmacy residency preferred.
