Bista is an Arizona-based clinic that provides ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy Services to individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities. The clinic has locations in Phoenix, Tempe, Chandler, Tucson, and Iowa.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Manager/Board Certified Behavior Analyst located in Tucson, AZ. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing ABA services in the region, managing a team of behavior analysts, developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and ensuring quality care for individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
Qualifications- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience in ABA services for individuals with Autism and developmental disabilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Understanding of insurance and billing practices in ABA services
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Experience in clinic management or supervision is a plus
