*** This is an onsite position in Tucson, AZ, M-F, 7AM to 4:00PM MST, for a Lab Assistant/Technician.

Position #1 – Lab Assistant/Technician responsible for maintaining and servicing diagnostics lab equipment Position #2 – Lab Assistant/Technician responsible for slide scanning and maintaining scanning and other diagnostics lab equipment

• Technical aptitude, including previous experience maintaining/servicing diagnostics or lab equipment
• Strong interpersonal skills, including experience in customer service dealing with the direct public (e.g., retail, restaurant, banking, or other service field)
• Strong capacity for handling simultaneous projects while strategically prioritizing critical tasks.

• Support laboratory experiments and research activities
• Prepare lab materials and samples for testing
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and quality standards
• Assist with data collection and documentation
• Maintain lab inventory and equipment

• 0-5 years of experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Knowledge of industry best practices
• Experience in research or diagnostic laboratories preferred
