Job Summary

Senior Helpers - Tucson is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Caregiver. In this role, you will provide in-home care for seniors in the West Tucson area, promoting their independence and improving their quality of life. As an individual contributor, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients and their families.

• Assist seniors with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication management
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings
• Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients
• Monitor and report changes in client’s health and behavior
• Communicate regularly with clients’ families and Senior Helpers staff
• Adhere to all client care plans and follow all safety protocols

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in caregiving, preferably with seniors
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Positive attitude, empathy, and ability to build trust with clients
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
