This role offers a mix of time in the branch and time in the field, giving you the chance to develop both patient‑facing clinical skills and strong workflow independence.  You'll also join a close‑knit branch team that works together every day to make sure patients receive the highest quality care.

As a Respiratory Therapist, you’ll provide essential respiratory care, equipment setup, patient education, and ongoing clinical support. You’ll play a key role in ensuring safe transitions from hospital to home. You will report directly to the Branch Manager, and work closely with a collaborative team including Coordinators, RTs, Techs, and clinical leaders.
** Salary range**$26.75–$39.28 per hour. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.
* This position is eligible for a $5,000 Recruitment & Retention Bonus
*** What you’ll do
*** Conduct home visits to perform oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilation equipment setups and follow‑ups
* Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use, cleaning, troubleshooting, and maintenance
* Assess patient needs, document care delivered, and escalate concerns appropriately
* Respond to hospital discharge requests and support patient needs
* Collaborating with physicians, case managers, and internal branch teams
* Maintain accurate documentation using iPad/laptop
* Set up and operate various types of respiratory care equipment, including, but not limited to, oxygen therapy, nebulization therapy, apnea monitoring, suctioning, PAP, invasive and non-invasive ventilation.
* Inspects and tests equipment to ensure proper operating condition.
* Perform clinical assessments and tests such as pulse oximetry, ETCO2, spirometry and gathering vital signs.
* Performs other duties as required.
** What we look for
*** Registered Respiratory Therapist with an active RT license
* Ability to stand, lift, push and/or pull objects ranging from 10 – 50 lbs.
* Valid driver's license
* Comfortable using mobile technology, navigation tools, and digital documentation
** Education
* ** Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
** Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations
*** Registration or certification by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
* Hold a current RCP license in the state of practice (or states that the location covers) if that state requires an RCP license to allow the practice of respiratory therapy.
* Hold a current CPR Certification.
* Hold all applicable licensure in good standing for all states of practice.
