Human Edge Health is seeking an experienced MS/Telemetry RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Tucson, AZ. The RN is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality patient care using critical thinking, clinical judgment, and leadership while supervising assigned personnel as appropriate.
Responsibilities- Deliver patient care using the Nursing Process in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
- Monitor and assess telemetry and medical-surgical patients, responding to changes in condition
- Delegate and supervise patient care tasks based on staff competency and patient acuity
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective patient care
- Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education and professional development
- Document patient care accurately in Cerner EMR
- Minimum 2 years of telemetry or MS experience
- Arizona RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Experience in delegation and supervision of staff in a hospital setting
Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
