Talented Medical Solutions (TMS) is seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical/Telemetry RN for a 13‑week travel assignment in Tucson, AZ. This is a float pool position
, requiring flexibility to float between multiple departments and facilities as needed.

The MS/Telemetry RN provides high‑quality patient care by applying critical thinking, clinical judgment, and leadership in a fast‑paced environment.

• Deliver safe, evidence‑based nursing care to medical‑surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor patients requiring continuous cardiac and respiratory observation
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Delegate patient care tasks based on staff skill level and experience
• Supervise and support ancillary staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes
• Float between departments and up to four local facilities, adapting quickly to patient and unit needs

• Active AZ or Compact RN License
• BLS & ACLS certification (AHA required)
• 2+ years of RN experience (must include Telemetry)
• Prior float pool experience preferred
• Ability to manage a 1:6 nurse‑to‑patient ratio
