AboutThe Role
Talented Medical Solutions (TMS) is seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical/Telemetry RN for a 13‑week travel assignment in Tucson, AZ. This is a float pool position
, requiring flexibility to float between multiple departments and facilities as needed.
The MS/Telemetry RN provides high‑quality patient care by applying critical thinking, clinical judgment, and leadership in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities- Deliver safe, evidence‑based nursing care to medical‑surgical and telemetry patients
- Monitor patients requiring continuous cardiac and respiratory observation
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Delegate patient care tasks based on staff skill level and experience
- Supervise and support ancillary staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Float between departments and up to four local facilities, adapting quickly to patient and unit needs
- Active AZ or Compact RN License
- BLS & ACLS certification (AHA required)
- 2+ years of RN experience (must include Telemetry)
- Prior float pool experience preferred
- Ability to manage a 1:6 nurse‑to‑patient ratio
- Weekly direct deposit
- Travel & housing stipends available
- RN‑owned, caregiver‑first agency
- 1:1 recruiter support
- Joint Commission Certified
