Location: Tucson, AZ

Start Date: ASAP (within 2 weeks preferred)

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (3x12s), 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule

Pay: $47/hr

Float Pool Position: Must Be Willing to Float Between Multiple Local Facilities

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Travel Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for a day-shift assignment in Tucson, AZ. This role requires strong telemetry experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering safe, high-quality patient care. The RN will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and facility policies/procedures.

This includes demonstrating strong critical‑thinking skills, clinical judgment, and leadership to ensure safe and effective patient care. The nurse will maintain clinical competencies, delegate appropriately, and supervise personnel involved in patient care.

• Provide patient-centered nursing care using the Nursing Process
• Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms
• Ensure safe and effective care delivery through strong clinical judgment
• Maintain competencies through continuing education
• Prioritize and delegate tasks based on staff experience and patient needs
• Supervise and guide assigned personnel
• Float between various departments and multiple nearby facilities as required

• Active Arizona RN license
• Telemetry experience required
• BLS & ACLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Patient ratio: 6:1
• Must be comfortable floating between facilities
