Human Edge Travel Healthcare is seeking a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in Tucson, Arizona.

- Provide occupational therapy services to residents in skilled nursing facilities
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs
- Assist patients in regaining independence with daily living activities
- Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary teams
- Current OT license for Arizona
- Previous experience in skilled nursing or rehab preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
