Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral health agency serving Arizona, Oklahoma, and the District of Columbia. We provide residential, outpatient, inpatient, medication-assisted treatment, crisis services, and patient-centered medical homes to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.

The Residential Counselor delivers therapeutic and treatment planning services to CBI residential patients. Responsibilities include facilitating group counseling using CBI curriculum, conducting individual sessions, and working within the policies and regulations set forth by the Department of Behavioral Health Services, the Regional Behavioral Health Authority, the Office of Behavioral Health Licensure, and the Code of Federal Regulations.

• Deliver therapeutic and treatment planning services to residential patients.
• Facilitate group counseling sessions according to approved curriculum.
• Conduct regular individual sessions with each patient.
• Adhere to policies, processes, and governing rules.

• Master’s Degree in a related field.
• 2 years of related experience in behavioral healthcare, physical health, or substance abuse.
• Leadership experience.
• Association or independently licensed professional with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Substance Abuse Counselor.
