We are looking for a natural leader who can help guide our technical and administrative staff by providing direction, inspiration, motivation, and leadership. This individual will be accountable for outstanding quality of care to our patients and instilling trust while developing the staff. Reports directly to the Director of Clinical Operations.

Our company's subspecialized, fellowship-trained experts in body imaging, breast imaging, interventional radiology, molecular imaging, musculoskeletal imaging, neuroradiology, and pediatric radiology utilize advanced technology to deliver high-quality expedient interpretations.

The hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
Candidates should possess the following attributes:
- Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment, accepting and providing feedback to staff when necessary
- Organizational skills must be exemplary with the ability to prioritize and delegate duties of staff
- Must possess excellent clinical skills
- Leadership qualities and the ability to maintain open and honest relationships with staff and physicians
- Flexible with creative ways to implement change including new ideas and improvements
- Collaboratively exchange ideas with peers within our organization, fostering employee engagement and commitment
- Associates Degree or equivalent from a two year college or technical school or 6-12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous supervisory or management experience of 3 or more years required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel and Word)
- Technologist experience a plus.
