About the position
: shift: 7:00 am-3:30 pm 40 hrs per week/32 hrs gtd-banner may cancel one shift per week for low census, trav description: this order isseeking for an immediate hire certified sfa with prior ct surgery experience, specifically vein harvesting experience. The regular daytime shift is m-f from 0700 - 1500 with standby call from 1500 - 0700. They typically stay ~3 nights a week until 0000 or 0100 finishing cases.
Includes every third weekend standby call. Called in typically once or twice during the weekend.az residents are not eligible for assignments in any arizonafacility!banner has a specific cover page. Please ensure candidates clearlyoutline all criteria they re willing to accept. The more flexible they are with locations, shifts, and departments, the faster we can secure an offer! Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date, or no more than one week later rto must be on the cover page and cannot exceed 7 days.
No rtoduring the first week of assignment please list all facilities the candidate is willing to work in. Specifyfacility name(s), states, or all, if open to any facility in any state all shifts the candidate is willing to work all departments the candidate is experienced and willing to workall candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept.please let us know immediately if the candidate withdraws or is no longeravailable.
Submission requirements: must have a minimum of 24 months ct surgical first assist experience (with recent experience in last 12months) -[required] life support certifications must be from aha, arc, or ashi-[required] active surgical first assist certification-[required] [document] rto cannot exceed 7 days, no rto during the first week of assignment -[required] candidate driver s license to verify residency -[required] flu vaccination: medical and/or religious exemption forms available upon request.please
