Key Responsibilities Partner with the CMO to define and execute the organization's clinical strategy and prepare strategic recommendations Oversee the planning and execution of key initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope Serve as a liaison between the CMO's office and stakeholders, representing the CMO in meetings and fostering collaboration
Required Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration or executive leadership support Experience working with senior medical leadership in a healthcare organization Proven track record of managing complex projects and driving organizational change Bachelor's degree required;
Master's in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making
