Part-Time Autism Behavior Technician – Flexible Hours | Tucson Area

Adventure ABA, LLC is hiring Part-Time Autism Behavior Technicians to support children and families throughout the Tucson area
, including Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, and nearby communities
. In this role, you'll work one-on-one with children in their homes
, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills through engaging activities and supportive learning.

No previous ABA experience is required. If you have a high school diploma or equivalent
, we provide Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training
, mentorship from experienced clinicians, and ongoing support to help you grow in the field.

Pay Range: $18–$28 per hour
Service Area: Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, and surrounding neighborhoods
Schedule: Flexible part-time hours with in-home sessions

As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children with autism in their homes while implementing therapy programs designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities may include:

• Conducting one-on-one therapy sessions using play-based learning
• Teaching communication, social, and life skills
• Following individualized therapy plans
• Recording session data to monitor progress
• Encouraging independence and celebrating developmental milestones

Basic requirements include:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to sit on the floor and actively engage with children during sessions
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client homes within the Tucson area
