* Provides leadership and supervisory support to Community Safety Navigators engaged In outreach and service connection for individuals at high risk of overdose or justice involvement.
* Collaborates with public safety, public health, and behavioral health entities to improve referral systems, reduce access barriers, and support recovery-oriented care.
* Coordinates data tracking and reporting efforts in alignment with program goals, including documentation of outreach, engagement, follow-up, and service linkage activities.
* Supports the distribution of overdose prevention and harm reduction supplies and ensures individuals are connected to appropriate housing, treatment, and recovery resources.
* Facilitates meetings and training sessions with internal and external stakeholders to support alignment on overdose prevention, deflection strategies, and resource coordination.
* Represents the City of Tucson in regional working groups and partner forums to share program insights, align service delivery strategies, and support long-term sustainability planning.
* Performs all other duties and tasks as assigned.
* Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
* May be subject to call out.
* Indoor and outdoor work with heavy exposure to extreme physical, ergonomic, or emotional hazardous environment.
